One day in early 2012 I glanced for longer than a moment at an old house for sale that I’ve passed a hundred times and thought ‘I can do something with that’. The dream (or nightmare depending on how you look at these things) was to pull its botched interior and neglected outer apart, and  put it back together again. Using natural and reclaimed materials where possible, and making it low energy, warm, dry, healthy and fit for the future, is the challenge.

As an environmentalist (cynical sometimes but mostly glass half full) and Partner in Sustainable Change, it is also going to be an extreme form of CPD.
