Our house is a new build built to Passivhaus standard. The house is a closed frame timber frame build, which incorporates a number of renewable energies including, Solar power, Air Source Heat Pump, Mechanical Ventilation and a Hot Water Cylinder.
We believe, at present, we have built the only Pasivhaus in South Manchester
