 a lovingly refurbished century old Arts & Crafts semi-detached home located in the picturesque community of Chorltonville.

Over 100 eco design features, technologies and systems have been incorporated in to the traditional property and having already reduced its carbon footprint by over 60%, the eco home is well on target to achieve its goal of an 80% reduction.

From clever world first technologies to simple passive solutions, even a little indulgence (ever seen upside down fire in a living room?), we are proud to showcase to anyone who is looking for inspiration or just interested in the growing green household movement.
